playing the "ditz"-bluffing strategy?

I have blonde hair so I am usually stereotyped as being a ditz and its the same with my sister. She will flip her hair and act giggly and ask questions like "the red 5 is a diamond, right?" as her bluffing strategy when playing with people we don't know and who don't know us.

Has anyone ever seen a person using this strategy?
